Amal fellowship has changed my life to some extent and I learned a lot of things from this fellowship. My experience with batch 182 is indelible.

Batch 182

Amal Academy introduced me to such things that I was not aware of. I made a Value display chart. I still remember that time I felt happy that now I am able to talk about my own self. Knowing my own self was not that easy before AMAL

My Learnings in first two weeks

I learned many new things and improve myself at Amal Academy. I learned Amal, Khudi self-learning, teamwork principal, knowing yourself, Smart goals, business writing, Going the extra mile how to become the most valuable team player, kindness, communication, positive thinking, problem-solving skills, time management, leadership skills, and blog writing before Amal I had never written a single blog but now I can write many blogs I can describe my feelings in words. I wrote around 13 blogs and I will continue this, Credit goes to Amal Academy.

Before the fellowship, I was the kind of person who prefers working alone. Sometimes I never felt working with others I was also struggling to get out of negative thoughts I was not humble. I had a short temperament But when I join Amal Academy, I realized that working in teams is easier than working alone. I have become a positive thinker I learned a lot of things in leadership tenor it was a time for me to be humble I got inspired from MAM Rabeea that how she remains humble with every kind of person, despite all the problems she is always in a problem-solving mode with her pretty smile :)

I am very thankful to my Program Manager/facilitators, and the whole Amal team.❤
