Taking Flight

Amal journey is one of the best experience ever in my life, I have learned a lot from the fellows and the facilitators and the alumni they inspired me and I received encouragement from them and this three-month fellowship program almost changed my outlook on life and career and now I am looking forward to being a lifelong learner in the future

The last session was very amazing because we are doing a lot of fun. This session was attached with full of emotions. There were two surprises for us in this session. The first was the “Scavenger Hunt” in which, we were divided into 2 teams, each team had 25 members every team. We have to find them and post a selfie with these items. It was a riddle activity we solve 24 riddles in 20 minutes.

We enjoyed the scavenger activity it was all fun. This session encourages me whenever I wanted to go forward in my life and the feedback and encouragement I received from my facilitators were so productive and constructive and it will really help me in the future.

Definitely, it is very important to connect, I think sometimes we just need to forget about the situation and the negativity in our lives and tried to find out the positive things even from the worst situation. And when we share or talk or chit chat with someone it reduces the stress and uplift our mood and helps us to regenerate our lost energy and also help us to come with a more lively and enthusiastic mind
Throughout the fellowship, I have discovered a lot of concepts, and most important is “never stop learning” which is the fundamental component for a growth mindset. Besides that, I also learn how to work constructively by managing time in a team and perform smart work to achieve my goals.

And at the end of the fellowship journey, I can clearly see the difference between my life before and after the Fellowship. Presently when I look back and connect the dots, I realize how my life has been transformed from an immature and unprofessional version of myself to a professional version. Lastly, I wanted to express my gratitude to Amal Academy for giving us the golden opportunity to learn how to be a lifelong learner and whatever I have learned in this fellowship I will apply these in my daily life.
